I think you need to explain what you want and why.

There are a lot of cheap smart watches that look like an analogue watch, if that's what you want:

My wife has a smart/fitness watch and I like the ability to be able to display the different types of watchface.
I'm looking for something where I can do this, but do not need the "smart/fitness" functions.

I don't think you will find one. The ability to change digital faces came with smart watches.

It's a bit like wanting a new TV but no smartTV features. They just come with them anyway.
