Hi All

Need help on the above pls

I'm not really after any trackers as such but if they contain multiple scheduled virbating alarm feature then that would br great. Ideally just want a strong but silent alarm to wake up me at several times in the week for shifts without waking up the partner or baby.

Any reliable and comfortable recommendations?

At the moment, the iphone under the pillow is great but Im concious (paranoid?) of radiation etc.

You can get all sorts of non-smart watches which have vibrating alarms. They are often used by deaf people or those who need to be reminded to take medication. Example here:

My Garmin has a vibrating alarm which I use everyday, you can have it making sounds too but I just have that off for the same reason as you want one for, and as above there is plenty available.
