Hi,

I have altered some of the default messages but would like to know if there is a way of sorting them so the most used ones are on top. Also, is there a way of deleting some of the default ones I won't use.

I have just noticed that the ones that I have changed slightly haven't overridden the original but just added the changes so now I have even more I don't want

Thanks

Graham

I can't find a way of sorting or deleting. I agree, it's a tad annoying.

I think they are generated by the flow of the conversation you've been having so they are always changing.

Ok that's good to know. Probably explains why they are in a different order on the phone. Would still like to delete some though

Thanks

There are some which always remain the same. These can be changed (but not deleted) if you go to the Apple Watch app in your phone. Scroll down to Messages then click Default Replies and edit as you want.

Problem with this is that they aren't actually "changed". If they were that wouldn't be so bad. What is happening is that the originals still show up along with the additional ones with the changes.

Isn't that a good thing? You have the originals and the new ones? I've never actually changed them so I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

What I wanted was to alter some of the presets not add to them and delete some I know I wouldn't use. The object being to reduce the amount of presets just to a few that suit want I want
