Hi,

We recently had a flight delayed over 7 hours from Dubai to London Heathrow?
Does anyone in the industry know if I can claim for compensation for delayed flights?

We were supposed to take off at 01.50 and land at 06.25 on the 18/08/2018, but eventually took off at 09.30 and landed at 13.30.

We are a family of 4.

Regards

Mohammad

I Have done some reading and read about EC Regulation 261/2004.  but just abit confusing as leaving a non EU country etc, plus garbage about Non Community Air carrier.

Money Supermarket is a great website for things such as this.
Flight delay compensation: get up to £540/person for free – MSE
