How long were you in Memphis and did you go to Graceland, as it is worth seeing at least once. I love Beale Street, I have friends from that area, one of my fave towns to visit.
We had 2 nights over the weekend in Memphis. Neither of us are particularly into Elvis but we did enjoy the Graceland tour, can't miss that is you are in the area. Yeah, Beale Street has a great atmosphere.
