Defo looking to rent an ATV for a day or 2, We did this is Kos and it was great having the freedom to cover a vast area and exploring things at our own leisure and stopping when we wanted to rather than when someone tells you too. We're staying in Imerovigli which is a bit further along looking at the maps. The wife loves Cats, so no doubt we'll be stopping for every one
sweet -we got the bus to Imerovigli and walked back down to Fira - lush walk...
we boight some cat fry cat food and fed cats as we saw them, and bought a tin at a hotel we stayed at for the last day where there was 4 kittens and they loved it - in fact one cat stalked us haha - it came onto the balcony (1st floor) and we went inside haha... then it appeared at the front window.. .bless...
while there are a lot of cat lovers in these places - seems not many feed them, the only place that seemed to dedicate feeding them was in malta and rhodes... they really appreciate it, as it;s rare you see an old cat there
I've seen many cats in Portugal which get well looked after. One women would come out every night without fail and have about 20 cats around her all waiting for food. Good to see people like this.
The wife will have us buying cat biscuits etc once I tell her about them.
yep, we buy a small box and carry a small bags worth with with us daily... first saw it some years ago with an american woman...thought it was a great idea
