Netflix on Xbox 360

Hi,  Can anyone confirm the process to watching Netflix UK on the Xbox360 here in the UK?

When I go download the app it tells me that I will be charged immediately as I click buy.
I understood that the access to the app itself had been made free a few years back, and you no longer need a gold membership to access the app? It does not say what the charge is or for, just that i will be charged with no cool off./

But the message? Is it just a generic message?
So, I just click buy to download it but it doesn't actually charge me anything?

It’s a general message that’s displayed on screen. If it does show you a price. It should be £0.00 or say free.

Netflix as far as I’m aware have ever charged for downloading a app on any platform.
