Funny but I don't remember it being in the Conservative manifesto, "vote for our party, we'll give you a referendum on the EU but it will be harder than any other referendum related to the EU."

Still nice idea. We can tell Sturgeon and the SNP, if we ever have another Scottish referendum it will be even harder to get independence. Sure that will be fine and create no problems at all.

I think after Saturdays turnout in London, it has overshadowed this petition

It’s also worrying that it now seems the 77 year lady who started the petition had her Facebook account hacked presumably by Brexiteers to try and discredit her, as well as a number of death threats by telephone.

Have some people forgotten about Jo Cox so quickly?

Yep. The only place in England where people voted Remain had a big turnout.
Also worrying that she was also posting her own hatecrime.

She had her account hacked!!  Odd how only one website captured the posts before they were removed?  Maybe the perpetrator tipped them off about the hack?
