One of the first things Johnson can get to dealing with is the Zaghari-Ratcliffe situation. Especially seeing as he bears much responsibility for her suffering.

That would certainly earn him some brownie points amongst his doubters.

I like what he is saying but I simply can’t see how Brexit can be delivered in any form.

We know that around half the MPs will vote against Brexit in any form, even if the most fantastic deal was put on the table.And if it is less than fantastic, a handful of defectors is all it needs to halt it.

Then you have JC saying he will call for a non-confidence vote - seems a bit immoral to call one before giving a new prime minister a chance but hey, JC couldn’t care less about the country, he just wants to be prime minister himself.The only thing that might stop him is that it’s doubtful that Labour could win outright at the moment, maybe form a coalition with LibDem, but not sure that would satisfy his ego.And if he did force a GE and lost then that would be the end of him.
