He certainly didn't throw her against a pillar as you laughably claimed.

Its interesting that Government guidance - for example on use of restraining techniques in prisons - specifically outlaw necks restraints due to the high risk of injury to the subject.

He didn't use a restraint. At short notice he stopped a protestor trying to get by him to get at colleagues, then used reasonable force to eject her.
