EU court says Migrants can be deported

The EU's top court has ruled that a law requiring refugees to seek asylum in the first country they reach applies even in exceptional circumstances.

Interesting ruling.
Is this a sea change in the chaos we have seen in the past.

However the ruling applies to Austria. If this had been applied to all countries early we would not have has the Calais jungle.

Can't see all the wonderful patriots in our Supreme Court agreeing with this somehow.

Still, a step in the right direction to stop this madness.

They should all filtered into Germany.Let Merkel deal with the fallout, given how irresponsible she was/is on the subject.

Deporting illegal immigrants?

It'll never catch on.

Abit late i'm afraid EU. Germany, France and Italy are already lost. Poland is still pretty much untouched and Hungry had the balls to say enough is enough and close it borders against the wishes of the EU.

Good idea if you live in central Europe - not so good if you live in Italy or Greece.

Well in that case, I'm sure the good people of Paris didn't mind in the slightest.

Now, if it had been in November mind.........
