I would be very much in favour of one offence on DD and your out full stop. We all know the skinny on DD but people still believe they can chance it . Even more so with drug driving as I know quite a few fellow work mate that partake of the weed and get behind the wheel .

I think The Government are never ever going to address the amount of drivers who are stoned. Stand at a traffic lights in a big city and count the amount of cars driving past with "skunk" blasting out from the windows .Or the passenger head down rolling a spliff etc . They tried a few 'field test kits"but it seems they still cannot come up with a basic road side testthat will even allow them to take the driver for further testing (blood /urine/hair etc)
