Anyone interested in cooking curry?

I've recently brought a good selection of new spices and ingredients as I'm interested in learning to cook more curries, and similar dishes from India. I'd also be interested to try authentic dishes from Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh too.

I've had a look at websites such as Video Jug for recipe ideas, but does anyone know of any good specialist websites? Also what books are good? I'm looking for tasty recipes so that I can learn to cook myself, a range of curries such as Vindaloo, Balti, Madras, Tikka Masala, Korma etc... instead of buying sauces from ready made jars.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I'm a very keen home curry chef and have used this site for years:

www.cr0.co.uk | Curry Recipes Online | Curry Recipes

Focused mainly on British curry but there's all sorts of sections data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

i eat curry and rice almost every day, massaman is my favorite but it is rarely made in my house because it takes a long time to cook.

The guy at work had a 'cauliflower masala' so I looked it up

Priya's Kitchen: Cauliflower Curry (Gobi Masala)

think I might give it ago

edit. I found this too after a colleague commented on making my own

This is my favourite site. Indian Food Recipes, Indian Food Recepies, Indian Cooking, Indian Cuisines

I cooked a lamb jalfrezi at the weekend, lets just say that it went down very well.

I friend of mine has a greenhouse for all sorts. He has quite a few different chilli varieties all year round, far too many for him so he lets me have a few. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
