@d123 Where did you buy yours from ?

I've found a good deal here:

Buy new ASUS ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) - Red (4GB-32GB) Phones online - FLOSMALL

I bought it from Amazon UK, the seller was Bravo Zone UK, and fulfilled by Amazon.

Be careful with suppliers, there are 3 or 4 variants, for UK use you need the WW version (your link is the CN version with very limited 4G).

As an example, this one appears to have full LTE compatibility (probably still worth making the seller confirm it is WW hardware, some sneaky sellers are installing WW firmware on CN/IN handsets).

I just bought a asus zenfone 2 551mlCN phone with WW firmware. The phone works great and getting 4g pretty good. I got it for £170 new.Not going to own the phone for years, but if it last me a year I'll be happy. You are right though, seller on ebay are selling fake asus zenfone 2'sJust have to be careful when buying any phone on the internet tbh

It's a good price, though being CN version you only have 1800Mhz LTE, as long as you are happy with that it's not for anyone else to complain. Was that the 2GB ram version?

Yes.I was told I get 2100mhz on my phone

You do, but as no network uses 2100Mhz for 4G I didn't mention it. 2100Mhz is used for 3G by every UK network (and most networks in Europe as well).

Odds are, it'll be 6G or 7G by the time 2100Mhz is refarmed from 3G.

It's basically a ZTE Blade 6 , but you can buy it for £125 £10 top up then order on ebay a unlock code for £3.75, it does 4G has Qualcomm quick charge, 13mp sony (apparently) sensor with a 5mp front, 5.5'' ips display in full 1080p which looks lovely, and the Snapdragon 615 quadcore chip.
