Just for a perspective, this Nokia 9 is available sim free for about £450 - half the starting price of Apple's XS. I've just got a Pixel 3a, which is a great handset with a stonking camera, but I'd go Nokia - they seem to be back in the game. What I wouldn't buy is an iPhone - ever. You can get so much more for so much less if you're prepared to give Android a good try. Many I've spoken to who've switched would never go back - Android is like a breath of fresh air.

I've had this about a month as well. I think this is a fair review (although I might edge it to a 9). Most reviews have picked on the initial problems with the fingerprint sensor which - now - id pretty reliable.

The one think I do like is the depth of field function on the camera. You can refocus a shot after it has been taken and get "bokeh" like effects. Some portraits I have taken have been stunning.
