I've just looked at the user manual for your laptop and this is what is says about changing the boot options on startup

Turn on or restart the computer or tablet, quickly press esc, and then press f9 for boot options.

So it seems you can only do that from F9

Okay now were getting somewhere

Delete the 1st partition, you don't need it anyway.

Then just give me a few moments to get some info ready for you. I now know what the issue is. It is simply down to you using the W10 upgrade process, as in the link I showed you above. This downloads and W10 with an ESD and not a WIM file in its source folder. You need a WIM file not ESD, ESD is for UEFI BIOS and if your BIOS is not UEFI capable then windows will not load, as your 2nd screenshot is telling you.

Sorry for late response. I went through Rufus and instead of putting straight onto the USB I created ISO file and then copied that over to the USB stick. It worked fine.
Just took me ages to get my head around it. Thanks all the help
