Try this:

1. F10 BIOS

2. Select System Configuration tab

3. Select Boot Options

4. Legacy Support

5. Secure Boot - uncheck this

Sorry trying to understand this is difficult at the best of times. If you can just help us through this we will be able to help. W10 can be installed on the laptop but we need to get you to the place where you can do that via a step by step process if needs be.

W10 doesn't need to see any drivers on install, they will be installed by the W10 install process.

So did you try to turn off secure boot in BIOS?

So maybe you can see how difficult this is for us to help. Your doing different things to what your being asked to do and that will get either of us nowhere fast. We both have to be working of the same sheet to get this sorted. All we want to do is to help you.

Do you want to install W7 or W10? Which ever you choose you will need  a license/product key.

If W10 what error are you getting when trying to create the iso?
