MKV ripped DVD Does Not Pause and Resume

I had a look at the Panasonic. It gives a choice of Home Network, Internet and Network drive. I have been going to Home Network>DLNA Client>Serviio then access to my HD.
If I go to Network drive, it shows Music, Photos and Videos.
When I go to Videos it shows 2 IP addresses: 192.168.0.6 (My videao) and 192.168.0.10(My music)
When I click on any one of them a message"cannot connect, confirm network connection" comes up.
Perhaps you can take me further as to what those IP addresses are and may be there is a way to access my HD directly and bypass DLNA.
Can you help me?
PS: THE Panany has profiles as BD player, Panasonic Viera (2009/210/2013), Paanasonic Viera E/S/ST/VT (2011), Panasonic Viera G/GT/DT/UT/VT (2011/2012)

IP addresses are basically devices on your network, how they identify themselves.

At a guess (not sure on your model of BD player so don't have the manual)
Home Network = DLNA media servers.
Internet = Streaming media services e.g Netflix
Network drive = SMB/Samba folder access.

192.168.0.6 (my videos) is a PC sharing that folder and 192.168.0.10 (My Music) is another PC or NAS sharing out that folder.

In order to access those folders the Panasonic must share the same network protocol version (there are a few) and have either guest access (basically public) or have a username & password they enter to access the folders.

Your BD player if it's an old model may not support SMB v2 network protocol which is the minimum used by Windows these days.

Try mezzmo as DLNA server instead of Serviio, see if that works, network drive shares can be messy for those without familiarity with the systems.

Seen this before with Windows Media Player. A different media player fixed it.

I tried Mezzmo but it is no improvement on Serviio.
I am in touch with Serviio. I tried their recommended profiles but they still unable to playback DTS. The DTS is converted to Dolby Digital which is satisfactory but I wand DTS/DTS HD playback. I like DTS 6 channel to DD 5.1.
I will wait what more advice they will provide. If not I will KODI box route.

As far as Serviio is concerned their transcoding is doing the job and it is the Panasonic not able to play DTS on the network DLNA.

It is not uncommon for BD players to have more limited media support than what the actual disc player in the unit can play.

Xbox One S is a possible all in one alternative, it has a BD player and an app store were you can install Kodi however via Kodi it cant bitstream Dolby/DTS but it can decode those to LPCM 5.1 or for HD audio to LPCM 7.1 so no loss of quality, if going down that path I'd buy a Xbox One media remote too rather than use game controller.

You could try asking here for any other suggestions as to BD players with good digital media players built in.
