It's by no means a universal standard, but often a "lit" lamp means the connection is "up" and a blinking one means there's some data being transmitted.

If everything else on your network is working OK, then it would suggest the problem is with the receiver.

You might try giving receiver a static IP address (ie one you assign manually on the device itself) rather than using DHCP to do it automatically. Consult the manual for how to do that and we can give you some guidance as to how to determine what IP address to use.

If it still doesn't work, then it would seem to imply there is a problem with either the receiver, the network cable between receiver and router (previous test would suggest that's not the case) or the port you are using on your router (you could try a different one.)

It's certainly a possibility - if everything else is working OK, it would point to a hardware, software or configuration issue with the device. Sometimes figuring this sort of thing out is something of a process of elimination. If it's still under warranty, you might call the supplier. If not, it might be worth calling them anyway and see if they offer any after sales support.

I just called my seller and told me to take it there on Thursday just to give a look,, tge product is out of warranty as i have it for more than 4 years. .

What is your opinion about pioneer vsx-922
Does it worth to upgrade to vsx-933 ?

At the moment i set 5.1 system with
Pioneer speakers

CENTER 130w
Front L&R  towers x2 120w
Rear x2 130w

I attached my speakers .
Do you believe for better sound
I have to upgrade my L&R tower speakers with better ones or to upgrade the receiver ?
