If GSP wins he'll have to have a start gameplan.

I don't see what's so bad about that. He's much smaller and doesn't have the striking advantage.

Silva for me.

Silva @ 180 is a more scary prospect than GSP @ 180. For me Silva's takedown defence has improved massively and on the feet Silva as more weapons than GSP.

Also 1 fight - assuming he beats condit, is not enough after 12-14 month lay off to then take on Silva.

Actually if I'm honest - i think the fight will never actually happen. Never the right time etc - bit like the nonsense that is Mayweather v Pacman. Should have happened 2 years ago when at their peaks - not now.

I agree.  That's not my point though, Phil.

I'm just giving my prediction.  It's no different to me saying that if Dan Hendo was to beat Jones, I'd expect it to be a flash knockout from an overhand right.

If GSP wins I'd expect it to be less exciting fight than one where Silva wins.  That's all.

I'm a bit dubious about it happening too.

Aren't Mayweather and Pacman in the same weightclass? If so, that really is a nonsense whereas at least Silva and GSP have the legit obstacle of being in different divisions.
