I think those that are being critical are looking at this with too serious an eye, clearly this was was intended as a fun drama. Of course the whole thing is over the top, it's escapism among these harsh days. I thought the lead actress did a fine job.
Congratulations Channel Five for giving us another quality drama. Thank you to those involved.
