Is the Masters a Major ?

It is the most selective of the Majors so can not be classed as an open championship per say . It also has the smallest field of the Majors like top 50 n invites. It Could be said that it is top tier WGC event in many ways .

It's a test to be sure and TBH I prefer the spectable of glorios Augusta to our own Open but I prefer parkland course design.

Wait until the back nine mate , masters is won n lost on the final round on the back nine . Great stuff so far .

All a bit scrappy from Rory on the front nine, Reed hanging in there. Hopefully going up a few gears for these two on the next nine, or maybe Jordan will go on a run and post a good number.

Reed keeps hitting them greens , thought he might fold . He is under pressure now though on the back nine from the chasing pack with Rahm n Spieth. Rory now gone unless something big happens.

Unbelievable round from Spieth this. Best putter on the tour for a long long time.
