What do you make/think of the thistlecrack saga? Second scan tomorrow, back in the betting with some sites for gold cup.

I'm thninking of doing Altior, Douvan and Harry as a treble

Thistlecrack won't run, a second scan was to be expected. A few people took a silly punt on betfair and the bookies reacted. that treble is a dead cert as far as I'm concerned, just a shame it only pays around 3s at best

I'm thinking the same, I'd love it to be more then that as I had a few bets relying on thistlecrack but forgot about them now.

I was thinking of adding native river to that treble which pays about 13/1 or there abouts and sticking £100 on it but I'm just not sure yet.

Unowhatimeanhharry would the one that I'd be most worried about. I just have a feeling that Mullins will take him on and I think the odds are a little skinny at the moment. Still deserves favouritism and I've gone back and forward over backing it, but for me at the moment I'm going to wait til closer to the time and I don't think the odds will shift much now for it.

When will they finalise racecards? Douvan and Altior are both listed in Champion Chase, but also individually in the the Ryanair Chase and the Arkle
