Neither do I but I hope so, could see Phil getting the title against Cross.

Phil Taylor to win a 17th world title - the script has been written!

Superb semi final, unbelievable to think Cross is in his first World Championship.

Hopefully Taylor wins it tomorrow

I never in a million years though MvG would miss those 5 at a double to win and then miss another chance.

Fair play to Cross, it would have been good for Taylor to beat MvG in the final but I do think Cross is the easier opponent for him.

I agree, he's a world champion and deserves respect, when they booed when on his double it was bound to put him off

Rob Cross second in the world trending on social media!

He's right. Michael showed signs of vulnerability in all his games and got away with a lot. Even so, it's MvG, you never really expected him to miss those shots.

For me, it's Phil all the way now, to bow out with a seventeenh world title. There was a time years ago when I loathed Taylor, thought he was too full of himself.

In sport, arrogance can be an impetus and often a quality whether we like it or not.

Nothing against Rob Cross but his has been a meteoric rise, I do want Taylor to win.

Whoever does, the voltage versus the power is gonna be electric.

Taylor was actually very fortunate to win that semi, the 6-1 scoreline is very flattering, he could’ve & should’ve been 4-0 down, then 5-1 down.
Cross has the ability to take Taylor out, he has more nerve than Lewis with equal fire power.
I’d love to see Taylor beaten, the greatest sportsman ever but an embarrassment to watch away from the oche. Evolved into complete tit.

Superb evening of darts though

I agree.

Completely disagree. I used to think that way but no longer. Last night he made sure that Lewis took all the acclades, the dartboard too.

It would be the perfect ending for him to walk away with a final tyle. Cross has many more years yet to have his day.

I find him cringeworthy to listen to.

I’ll be cheering on Cross but to be honest it wouldn’t bother me if Taylor wins, in theory he deserves it as final bow.

However you can be sure Taylor will try all his unsporting antics to ruin Cross’s chance
