Initially checked out this remake to see the 80s set but now I am hooked and I am glad that it is set in current times. It is extremely relevant to developed western society and important social justice issues are continually expressed throughout the show, whilst still being funny and entertaining. If I had kids in high school I would make them watch this show, they would definitely learn a thing or two. Very clever.
