Thought it was going to be a good show but you can almost tell from the get go of the episode who they are honing to choose so something isn't done fairly. S1E2 was a disgusting disgrace from the semi finals and finals. A REAL and PROPER chef can make nougat that's not frozen and the most certainly did NOT temper the chocolate properly. If it's served in a form that would be turned back it shouldn't pass. The only thing that passed was my respect for the judges on the show.
TLDR: This show had great promise but fell to affirmative action or some nonsense that took away from fair judging of products.
