On the mondeo, the module is screwed to the dash just above the glove box on the reverse.

Maybe you should check the interior light for signs of a microphone.

I have been struggling with this problem with my 59 plate Ford Focus, I cannot find where to activate bluetooth so after reading the whole of this thread (most helpful on internet so far!) I put my VIN number in the ford site to see vehicle specs, now it says "less bluetooth" what does this mean? As Im looking into it Im thinking it means its just not in the car? So if I bough a handsfree kit would it not work in the car? Sorry if I sound thick, only passed my test in January.

Thanks for any feedback, Kerry.

Less Bluetooth means you don't have the module needed for the factory Bluetooth.

Get down to your local car specialist and get a parrot system installed.

Have just got a 2011 Ford Focus Titanium with the Sony CD DAB radio and am trying to "bond" a Nokia Lumia 610, but nothing is happening. I see mention of a Bluetooth menu but I can't find that on the Sony radio.

Is Bluetooth compatible with this unit?  Would very much appreciate some advice on this. Am not that tech savvy so simple step by step advice would be most welcome.

Thank You

Does that have the Ford SYNC system?  I've just bought a new Fiesta Zetec with SYNC and it's so easy to connect up the phone and to play music from my Deezer app on my S2
