Definitely a Renault 21, my brother had one as a company car back in the early 90’s.

As far as I remember it was extremely comfortable but, back in the days when warranties were measured in months rather than years he was very happy that his employer was forking out for the amount of time it spent in the garage.

21, it replaced the 18. Nice car, great engines.
Typical soft Renault ride.

Looks like a Renault 21 turbo. Their answer to the cossie. Of course it wasn't.

I was thinking that as well...And if I'm not mistaken they also had a none turbo but still sporty car...

Nothing touched the cossie then again nobody could keep one either...Wasn't it UK's most stolen vehicle of all time or something like that.

If you check the first pic out it looks like it's got an upgraded oil cooler, discs etc. Looks like it could have had some cash chucked at it at some point. Any chance you can get the bonnet up?

Definitely seen better days. So it is the turbo version. Could still be worth something in parts.

Find it hard to believe that the plastic fuel filter failed to stop that drill bit getting through.
