Have you put it on a proper diagnostic machine yet? I had a problem with my old Seat that I wouldnt have picked up without vagcom.

So for anyone who cares on this or for that one person who stumbles on this thread in a couple of years going "I have the same problem, what was the matter"

Turns out it was a leaking copper washer at the bottom of the injector. Since this has been replaced everything has been a.ok with the car *touches wood*

What was the diagnostic error code for the "leaking copper washer"?

Glad you got it fixed, but it proves that a proper diagnosis of a fault is the only way to make progress, whether achieved by a machine or plain common sense.
A leaking injector washer should have been found in about 2 minutes standing over a running engine and listening to the noise!
