Awesome, will try them. Ive got an ipod connection 30 pin in the glovebox, i was going to try one of those 30 pin to bluetooth adapters and see if it works that way.

That'll work.... Seen that done. Check out the Audi forum.....There's a lot of knowledgeable people on them and the Audi sport one is predominantly UK based!

Had a test drive of a 16 plate A4 and wondered if anyone can help with a question regarding the electric handbrake. It wasn't coming on automatically while sat on a slight downward slope and the car started rolling forward. I had to engage it manually.

The dealer said that it only comes on automatically when sat on an upward slope. Is this correct?

It doesn't sound right that you need to sit with your foot on the brake pedal unless on an upward slope.

Thanks

The electric handbrake will only engage automatically in particular circumstances, like opening the drivers door with the engine running.
I assume you are test driving the S-Tronic gearbox.  It will always creep unless you have the Hill Hold Assist which is usually an optional extra on an Audi (at least it was on my 2016 A4).

Thanks for the advice. So would you normally sit with your foot on thebrake pedal (which some folk complain about) or engage the handbrake manually?

I'm guessing it's the latter

Foot on the brake - I only use the hand brake when parking.  In fact, they now call it a parking brake for that reason.
I find the parking brake is too slow to release while you're driving.  For example at a roundabout or traffic lights.
The Hill Hold Assist feature is well worth adding - you can probably retro fit it.

Sounds like you don’t have mmi but RNS instead. The official Audi Bluetooth version can’t stream audio. But you can switch the Bluetooth module for I think it is called a fiscon.

Here you go, this should do it
