Which Are The Best Jack Reacher Books?

I finished the Killing Floor a month ago and others in the genre by other authors better. And was told this was his first book others are better.
I also noted some people say his later books are not as good so which are the better ones by him?

I've read them all except His latest "Night School"
I definitely think the earlier ones are slightly better.
One of my favourites is Persuader.
