I never liked the way FP worked online, you never know where you are when ordering. A pain in the backside to say the least.

Tbh my girlfriend ordered some transformers for me as a birthday gift a couple of years back. My birthday was august I finally got them in November!!! I only use the stores occasionally if I'm in Sheffield and haven't already ordered the new releases I'm after.


As for the .com .co.UK thing I was under the impression that they were once the same company then they separated and one of them was forbidden planet and one was forbidden planet international.

I finally got this yeterday, and was pleased that it was first print.

What I was not pleased with was the packaging, or lack there off - no board, in an envelope (sort of card rather than paper) which the postman promptly more or less folded in half to post through my letterbox.

I wont be ordering from them online again.

They requested pictures, so I sent them off and waiting on them now. Added the pic to see what I mean about the flimsy envelope it was sent in, and what it looked like after I got it.

I got the reply on Monday, so a week. All my corrispondance with them has taken around a week as well. Dont they know who I am?
