I thought the Guardian were just reporting on the court cases that have already taken place?  Anyway, I'm not getting into another he said/she said because some people just don't want to see the facts presented.

Well you are entitled to your view, but I can assure you there is no shortage of speculation in the US over what the implications would be if another conservative Justice were elected. Considering that there is already a Conservative majority in the Court, another could swing the balance for a generation.

A lot of Liberals are getting rather concerned what that would mean for RvW or immigration reform etc.

Even now, years later it boggles my mind that Donald Trump of all people is President of the United States.

And that simply because I can grasp the perfectly obvious fact that a habitual liar is unfit for the job somehow makes me a subscriber to group - think.
