So you are leaving  your kids with people you think you know, so a CRB check isnt unreasonable

Health and safety of course otherwise you may end up with one parent looking after 20  kids

I thought the budget introduced changes to the childcare funding - something about free childcare for 2-year olds.

Just done a search and can't find anything about this except on old news websites - nothing recent.
