I had a bottle of grenalls that didn't last longer than 2 years. Somehow it developed floating bits in it. So it went down the sink.
That was before I started drinking gin. Wife bought it, had a couple of drinks and then it sat in a cupboard for ages.

I've only got 4 and aim to add more.
Storage wise I was thinking of making something either out of driftwood or old pallets.

I bought this last year, a local gent's outfitters had a gin promo day, selling this at a knockdown price.  The three different essences make for a bit of fun.

Anyone mix Ginger Beer/Ale with their gin?

I tried Gin/Ginger Ale (Schweppes) last night and, compared to the Gin/Ginger Beer (fevertree) combo, it was a distant 2nd.

Maybe the fevertree Ginger Ale is better.  I'll maybe give that a shot next time.

Some of the spiced gins work ok with ginger ale, but I'd reserve ginger beer for spiced rum personally

Tried and quite enjoyed and with it's low price I might buy a few more to use for Sloe Gin.
