Take no supplements, just eat as healthy as possible and regular exercise. Seems to work for me.

haha... of a friday night (legs night and a 1 mile jog on treadmill etc) I'm quite partial to a few glasses of coffee / choc flavoured milk with vodka...

nope, it's spot on...I normally get the iced coffee's that's on offer in the supermarket - as I'm releuctant to pay 2 quid for a small can / bottle... but happy to buy 2 fior that...they're normally the starbucks type, and you can get some decent ones in the likes of lidl too for about 50p each...
