What's happened to Cadbury Shorties?

One of my favourite biscuits has disappeared.  I've never seen them widely available, but the guy in the local convenience store where I usually buy Cadbury Shorties for a quid per 300g packet, said that he couldn't get them from his supplier any longer.
They are also unavailable elsewhere on the internet and not listed on the Cadbury website.
Anyone else going to miss these?

Have to be honest, I don’t think I have ever seen them before.

Cheers,

Nigel

For the Bargain Price of £6.25, still available here:  Cadbury Half Coated Shortcake 21x 300g | eBay  nearly all gone though

Edit: May still be available wholesale here: https://www.bestwaywholesale.co.uk/product/18762-1 perhaps mention it at your local shop Stuart?

Never seen or heard of these before.
Are they just a biscuit version of Cadbury Snack?
Snack Shortcake

I love a Cadbury Snack with a cup of tea & they’re still readily available.

Ahh, times change. I'm still rueing the day McVities in their infinite wisdom chose to withdraw the rather marvelous 'Rondello' biscuit.
It was the early 70's, but I've just been way too annoyed to say anything until now.

Miss?  No.  Cadbury's?  No.
With all honesty - if the Cadbury brand disappeared tomorrow, I doubt I'd notice.  Except, possibly, that it would be one less thing to ignore while shopping.
Whilst I can't be specific about an equivalent to the Shortie, in general, the German discounters do a way, way, better job of anything chocolate than Cadburys have ever done in my lifetime.

Cadbury products have been declining in quality and quantity ever since they were sold, most of it is pretty meh now. I had a double decker for the first time in ages recently and it wasn't even remotely the same bar it used to be, literally everything but the name had changed for the worse. I would rather have a bar of Aldi Choceur chocolate over anything Cadbury these days.
