Where do you get them sharpened. I have Global knives and mine are as blunt as my Dad after six pints!

I found a guy online by googling for knife sharpeners in my area, he lives in Manchester so I tend to drop them at his house when I pass that way. He does repairs and knows globals well so he puts the right edge and angle in

Beware if you do get them done, easy to forget how sharp they can be, took a cracking chunk out of my fingertip when I first used them again as I obviously forgot!

If you can't find a knife sharpener, look for people who sharpen scissors for salons. He told me that's where he gets most of his business so it gets advertised more

I have found a local mobile guy who is going to come round in a couple of weeks.

The global knives website showed the wee dude sharpening the knives with what looked like a partial bull clip, looked fairly straight-forward... Although I'm sure all these things do when someone with proper skills does them lol
