I was Googling and came across this thread. I had a take away Curry last night and the rest will be eaten today warmed up in the Microwave. I have been doing this for years with no ill effects, lol even since 2009.

Meh I once made a curry last 4 days, kept it outside my mess window at HMS Gannet, TBF it was winter, so kept it chilled.

This will be gone in two. It was a Madras according to the Menu but if i did not know i would have said it was a Vindaloo. It is Hot for a Madras and i like hot Curries but omg this is going to burn tomorrow lol.
