I think I knew one of or "the" "officially first to be recognised" Myalgic Encephalomyelitis sufferers. Spent years trying to get their condition recognised for what it was. Ground breaking at the time though it's probably old news now.

Is it more of a focussed treatment than a lifestyle change though?

People spend five days on a low calorie, low protein, low carbohydrate but high unsaturated-fat diet.

Then they have 25 days eating what they want - so overall it mimics periods of feast and famine.

Seems more like a week without food rather than not eating at certain times of day.

been having trouble keeping my car straight on the road.
went to the garage. they replaced the 4 tyres which were bald. fixed the steering column which was warped and shuddering. did the tracking and balanced the wheels. fixed a misalignment from front to back
while i was there i bought a furry steering wheel cover for my steering wheel.

when i went out on the road my car was driving like it hasn't in ages, no problem keeping it straight, and driving was easy.

based on this, everyone should buy a furry steering wheel cover for their car. it fixes so much stuff. can't believe everyone doesn't know this

Out of interest OP. What is your weight and height? I'm 6"6 and 17 stone. But I go to the gym each day and eat every 3 to 4 hours or my body starts eating itself. Also I get major Hangry if I don't eat. Major...
