Where do you pick those up? I'm healthy and get enough sleep but still feel knackered so wouldn't mind trying something different.

I still think you change your breakfast to include more iron with the nutribullet I used as an example.
Your meal with Saudi's maybe not, but as you say, you think this is good healthy food anyway, therefore you have an opportunity to improve the other two meals with a little bit of planning/prep.

I normally get these ginseng - http://www.amazon.co.uk/PACK-Health-Ginseng-GX2500-BUNDLE/dp/B016IW564I/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1448551481&sr=8-2&keywords=ginseng gx2500

I've postd that link as it seems to have the most reviews, but you can get packs of 30 or 100 - I normally get the 100... you take 1 a day...

and I take these magnesium...

Vitamin B supplements and Iron seem to help me. I think I feel a bit less heavy limbed and more inclined to get up and get on with stuff when I take them. Could all be in my head though...

Picked up some ginseng, they didn't have magnesium. Back in UK briefly next month so will pick up nutribullet then. Cheers for advice, will update in a couple of months with progress.

How much exercise do you get?
I can get very tired without it.

A lot now, in the gym 4-5 times a week since August. Was hoping that would have fixed the problem but has made zero difference to fatigue. Figure it's correlated to my low iron levels but figured this isn't that rare an issue so was hoping to hear what works for other sufferers.

I felt similar last year. Sluggish and tired and I didn't even have the excuse of having kids and an early start each day. I've been taking multi-vitamins for a while now and I eat better and exercise and I have lots more energy. I still have days where I feel sluggish but I suppose we all have off days.

I have 4 kids and early starts every single day, earliest being 4:55 for an early work shift, normally the kids are awake by 6am. I work 6 days of early, late and the 2 night shifts. It really does play havoc with your body clock.
I used to always feel tired, then I hit the gym and rectified my diet and now, I'm just slightly tired every day

I'm a night owl, so struggle to sleep, unless it's on the sofa in front of the TV! As soon as I hit the sack...PING! my brain wakes up

I've had low iron levels off and on since I've been a child. The problem with iron supplements in doses that can help is that many people cannot tolerate them well so will just get an upset stomach.

I used to manage them quite well, but in recent times, not so much. So my specialist booked me in for an iron infusion last September - you sit there for an hour while they intravenously feed in an iron rich solution. Wow, it worked better than I imagined. Never had that kind of affect from iron supplements.

I've feeling very tired again the past few weeks but I think my B12 is low again (I have regular B12 shots as my stomach can't absorb it from food) so that's something else you may want to check as low B12 is not at all uncommon.
