Good on you dude, you've done the difficult bit, all you have to do now is keep doing something you enjoy.

Are you wanting to get bigger now, or focus on strength?

yep, well done for keepingit going - the hard bit is keeping it going for the rest of your life (instead of stopping when you reach your goal)

and another observation... tho, I'm not sure of the reason why - but when walking around how many obese oaps do you see..? all the able bodied ones I see are skinny... not sure if it simply a case of their generation being one where fat people were an exception rather than the rule (and who who's what will out generation of oaps be like?)... and with it only being an observation it will count for nothing of course

Looking to lean down a little more to get more definition. I am still a little larger than I wanna be but can't lose much more without looking too thin... so yeah, lean down and work on definition and continue with stamina via running and boxing etc... Kinda want my arms a little bigger but that will come with tricep work as my biceps are reasonable now but triceps are taking longer.. Not sure if that is normal or due to bad technique?

Just do more tricep isolation work, you'll find it hard to gain size whilst getting leaner as you'll be on a calorie deficit. Just focus on your triceps at the end of your pressing sessions. My arms are on the bigger size of large and any direct arm work is just tagged onto the end of a session.

It's normal, your bicep is a small muscle and when excersizing you use it more than you do the tricep, so you are bound to notice gains a lot more.
The routine in the video below I have used since a couple weeks before christmas, and the gains are seriously quick.
I make sure I do this routine every time I do my arms, and when finished I do a load of random sets to mix it up a bit, that way my body wouldn't adapt to the routine so easily.

Fast forward to 1:27

Sniper, you have made great progress and are inspirational to me! I'm just gutted I didn't see this thread until now!  Subscribed and I will check out those vids..  I'm not the biggest fan of Elliot Hulse, but he knows his stuff.
