Home make protein bars

yeah, as well as my protein basr I make for breakfast (with rolled aots etc) - I've started making my quest style home made bars and I've nailed the recipe now...

I make them in batches of 2 (easier to make) and do 5 tablespoons of vitafiber (search on youtube for home made quest bars) and 2 big scoops of protein powder - and you can also add some other ingredients (but not too much - say handful of crushed nuts etc) and I use a silicon based flexibale baking tray to mould them into shape and pop in the fridge fro a few hours - and once almost set cut them up  -I tend to cut them in half... and I have them as an afternoon snack at work...
