Just wondering how much fast food fellow General Chatters tend to eat.

Just had some chicken and chips and realised that I've started eating rather a lot lately. In the last week I've had Pizza, Subway, Fish and Chips and Chicken and chips!

Might just be because I'm back at uni and till the timetable settles down I've been going for whatever is easiest. Or it might just be an occupational hazard.

I've been terrible these last couple of weeks, have neglected the weekly grocery shop this week.

Yesterday I managed 4 mince pies with cream throughout the day, soup and bread for lunch, a banana then curry and chips from the chinese/chipshop down the road for dinner. Oh and two crabbies.

I feel like such a fatty! To top it off I've had so much going on I haven't been able to cycle my 28 mile round trip commute these last two weeks either.

I'll start a new on Monday.

Used to be every night, when I was on the road with a driving job.  After settling down I still would nip to the chippy/chinese/indian 3 or 4 times a week.

Since deciding to lose weight earlier this year I now only eat out maybe once a week.

Pizza/Indian/Chinese, at least once a week.
McDonalds/BK/KFC, maybe couple of times a month.

Thing is, I can't say my diet in between 'fast food' is a paragon of healthy excellence.
Not as if I'm having nothing but salads in between trips to the fast food outlets.

Far too much. Most days during the week the only thing I can stop for (driving virtually non-stop) is either something from MacDee's (as they have drive thru) or a Ginsters pastry slice or pork pie etc from a service station...

I try not to do it of an evening, when I'm home. I'll try to cook something, or make a sandwich, but even then, it's not like I'm creating from scratch with all healthy foods/ingredients - it's still all mass-produced, ready to cook foods (not the £1 frozen cottage pies etc, but still not great stuff)
