I've tried several e-cigarettes to quit smoking but it didn't help. I tried reducing how much a smoked a day but I think I should look for a different method

Have to be honest tho most people I know who have moved over to these seem to have them constantly on the go

It really depends on the style and what setup they use. I could puff all day long on a 1.5 coil setup on my Cubis and 12mg nicotine but on my steam crave at .40 with 6mg nicotine I just take the occasional puff as the day goes on.
I've tried some pretty awful mods and attys that did nothing to crave the nicotine hit but now if you get a half decent setup you can get the hit that you like if you are willing to spend time learning about mods and attys.
To think I was on 35mg nicotine when I had my screw driver with resistance of 3.5ohms and plastic type tanks and an atty pushed on that produced next to nothing in the way of vape and the ability to empty it's self in your mouth.
