Vape advice for n00b

So someone nicked my vape from work. Really not happy about this at all, and as a result am back on the smokes. So am now looking for another to replace it. Still have the Anyvape Davide from @RandomLee so thinking about getting a variable wattage device. I hear those are better to get than variable voltage because they auto match the voltage to a safe level with the ohms of the coil. Is this true?

If it will do Variable Voltage. More than likely it will do Wattage too. But if it does wattage then it should do both. But yeah if you've got it set to wattage then it will automatically adjust to variances in coils.

It's really irritating. I don't understand why someone would nick it - it's not exactly hygienic and they don't have the charger. I'm going to try and get another tomorrow. Mine was an ego twist style, could vary the voltage but not watts. Gonna spend a bit more this time and get something with a bit more...oomph and control

Unfortunately the PLANET code seems to have expired. It was showing for me last week, but now saying it's not valid.
The Gearbest prices are now very tempting.....is it a big risk ordering a box mod from the States?

That code has been valid for ages. Probably had a load of orders for them and disabled it temporarily. I tried it on Wednesday nigh and it was still working.

Is gearbest the states? I thought it was China like Fasttech.

I've only had one problem, and I thought it was resolved excellently. They gave me 3 options:

100% refund as credit.
50% refund to PayPal.
Send item again.

Quick response, within 24 hours. Normally got a reply in the early hours. 2am or so. Credit took about 5 days to go on to my account, they said they needed to send a request.

It's probably not that bad, just the risk of if you do need to return then it'll take a while.

Your right, it is China. Just checked my despatch confirmation where they uploaded a pic of my addressed parcel as an attachment. There's both English and Chinese writing on it, but it's being delivered by Netherlands Post!

EleafUK are also out of the Black istick30W which would have been my choice of colour. Almost £10 cheaper from GB and they have black.

Downside is the delivery time. Ideally I wanted to order from Eleaf and have it arrive in a couple of days to coincide with my tank arriving.

Think I'll give it 1 more day....
