I did pick up a Hisense 43" AE6100 4k tv for £279 from Argos in store today, not bad but not as cheap as the US deals.

I've been put off buying a TV because unless I can afford to buy OLED, according to many forum members, the current crop of TV's aren't worth bothering with. So I'll stick with what I've got until the manufacturers up their game, and offer products worth having without faults.

Was looking at a 4k monitor and it was £50 cheaper in september.
Not sure if I want to wait for a lower price or choose a different model.
Also annoyed at lack of VA panels below 32 inches...

From my experience on Black Friday you can get the lower priced products or maybe older "running out" models for cheap(er).
Most of the time the actual "trendy" and probably better gadgets are not under major price reduction.

But we will see... BF is perfect for buying gifts for kids or your misses.

Wow, Superfi really are a rip off.

£1499 for a 55B7 on a Black Friday deal?

You can pick up the 55C8 for £100 more from lots of places.

They will still sell loads as people are blinded by deals and don't look past the ficticious '30%' off etc.

Hopefully not, especially when the link on there for the 55B7 redirects to a product page that says "discontinued" that won't let you purchase it
