Newegg.com, anyone used it

I'm looking to buy a laptop for the Mrs, but the one I am looking for is rarer than rocking horse poop, in the UK at a reasonable price. It is the Lenovo Miix 510 or 520. I've seen a good price on Newegg.com, but then I saw some bad reviews for it, however the site looks reasonably reputable.  So I thought I would ask if anyone had any experience of using it?
