Here's an interview with the founder - not sure if that's the same one as mentioned above:

I think it's getting separate BD and DVD releases next month as there are two new listings for it at Amazon. Can't think why that would be worth it so far down the line.

It'll probably be £7 or something now that I've actually finally gone and bought it.

yes i noticed on sainsburys they have them - but im guessing the bluray version will be just that, and since this edition has a bonus dvd of extras its the one to go for.

anyway flubit offered £11.19 for it, so will have a think.

used flubit twice - won't use them again just to save a quid or two.

placed an order on 24th may, posted 29th may and finally received it a couple of days ago. second order - same scenario, though this time the item has not turned up. going round in circles trying to get a reply from this company (or their supplier - whoever that is).

given them one final chance to sort things out before i put a claim through paypal

and people say zavvi are bad at responding

Try contacting them on Facebook it was the quickest way I found, maybe because it's such a public way to complain

The point is the product comes from whoever gives them the best deal. So it could be Amazon, Zavvi, Tesco etc. You'd have got the same service as if you ordered it directly from them.

thanks jammy, might do that - shouldn't have to shame them into sorting things out in a public forum

i understand that - but i placed the order through them and when the supplier wont respond, they want you to contact them direct - which i have - and flubit haven't responded. i have no idea who the supplier is though

as i say first impressions using them are not positive

Presumably you've checked your spam folder? I've always had prompt responses from them.
