Ordered one of these for myself. Hopefully it'll make watching TV easier for my mum 'n' dad when they are watching the kids. Right now there are too many remotes for them to understand which is which.

Dialogue

I believe that is identical to the DMP-UB400, but minus the Wi-Fi. If so, that's a great price. From reviews I've read, it's understandably not as good as the Panny UB900 or Sony's X800, but it's a solid economical option.

Visually (physically) it looks like the UB300, so I thought it was closer to that. I've still not read what's better about the UB900 as per PQ goes.

Dialogue

I believe it has the two HDMI sockets that the UB400 has, which will appeal to people who don't have a 4K HDR capable amp. But yes, I think it's cosmetically more like a UB300, and lacks Wi-Fi like the UB300 does too.

Don't think I'll even network it, got a Chromecast Ultra for all of my media needs, Xbox just got annoying with UHD discs.
